Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie Sullivan (born April 9, 1987) is an American R&B and soul singer. Fearless, her debut album came out in 2008 after she was raised and born in Philadelphia. The record topped Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album was a success, spawning four songs that included "Need U Bad" and "Bust your Windows" and both of them made the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. It was her first top-ranked single in the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song Billboard chart. Her second album, Love Me Back in 2010 came out in 2010. It was a hit by the critics. After a hiatus of three decades, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In the year 2015 she dropped Reality Show, her first studio album. This album became her first album to be ranked at number one on the Top R&B Albums Charts. In 2021, she debuted her critically acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the single "Pick up Your emotions". Sullivan has won Two Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award, two Soul Train Music Awards, three NAACP Image Awards, and two BET Awards during the course of her career. In 2022, Time included her in their top 100 list. 100 Most Influential People.
